Sharing about one of my hobbies
I love to meditate.
Every morning when I wake up I stay up in bed and stretch my body a bit until I get in a calm position and then I meditate and I say thanks for a few different things thank Im thankful for. A lot of people meditate in a state of blankness and emptiness of mind but I rather use my meditation time to think and elaborate on the positive thing that are happening or will happen to me on that day. Sorda like a way to charge myself with positive in the morning.
My advice on meditation would be, try and make it your way, maybe sit down and listen to a guide meditation on YouTube or talk to the universe in your head like I do. Whatever flows your boat but try finding 5 to 10 m of connection with yourself to check in with yourself.
